I started TodayCouponList in 2023 because I was tired of wasting money on things I could have bought for less. Not luxury items, just everyday essentials like groceries, household supplies, and the occasional gift. When I finally sat down and looked at my spending, I realized small purchases were quietly draining my budget.
So I did what any stubborn person would do: I went down the coupon rabbit hole. I spent hours every week searching deal sites, testing promo codes, comparing prices across stores. Most of the time, the codes were expired, the “deals” were fake, and the whole process felt like a second job.
That frustration became the spark for this site. I thought: What if there was one place where every deal was actually verified, updated daily, and organized so you could find what you need in seconds?
That’s exactly what TodayCouponList is.
What We Do Differently
There are hundreds of coupon sites out there. Most of them are just scraped databases full of expired codes and misleading “deals.” We take a different approach:
- Verified Daily — Every deal in our index is checked and updated. If a coupon is expired or a price has changed, it gets removed.
- Real Discounts Only — We don’t list a product at “50% off” if it was never sold at full price. If the deal isn’t genuinely good, it doesn’t make the cut.
- 500+ Stores Covered — From Walmart and Amazon to Target, Nike, Best Buy, and hundreds more. We cast a wide net so you don’t have to.
- No Spam, No Tricks — No pop-up walls, no fake countdown timers, no “sign up to reveal” nonsense. The deals are right there.
How We Verify Deals
Our deal verification process is straightforward. We pull product and pricing data from retailer feeds and APIs multiple times per day. Each listing is cross-checked against the store’s actual product page to confirm the discount is real and the item is in stock. Coupon codes are tested before they’re published. If something doesn’t check out, it doesn’t go live.
We also track price history. If a product was $29.99 last week and it’s “on sale” for $29.99 this week, that’s not a deal — and we won’t list it as one.

When I’m not curating deals, you’ll find me trying new budget-friendly recipes, binge-watching true crime documentaries, or planning my next trip, funded entirely by the money I’ve saved through smart shopping.
I genuinely believe saving money doesn’t mean sacrificing quality of life. It’s about being intentional with what you spend. And honestly? There’s something deeply satisfying about snagging a 50% discount on something you actually need.
