1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Today Coupon List (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
Today Coupon List is a coupon aggregation and deals discovery platform that:
- Aggregates and displays coupon codes, promotional offers, and deals from various retailers
- Provides search and filtering capabilities to help users find relevant offers
- May earn affiliate commissions when users make purchases through our links
- Does not directly sell products or services
3. Affiliate Disclosure & FTC Compliance
⚠️ Important Disclosure: Today Coupon List participates in various affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click on links to retailers and make purchases. These affiliate relationships do not influence which coupons or deals we display, nor do they affect the price you pay. We are committed to transparency in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Our revenue comes from affiliate commissions from partner retailers, advertising shown to free users of our mobile app, and optional Premium subscriptions in our mobile app. Browsing coupons and deals on our website and in our app is free.
4. Daily Coupons App and Premium Subscription
These Terms also apply to the Daily Coupons: Deals & Savings mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”). The App is free to download and use. Free use includes browsing all deals, a limited number of favorites and one deal radar, and the App shows ads. You can also buy an optional subscription called Daily Coupons Premium (“Premium”).
What Premium includes. Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited favorites, unlimited deal radars with instant alerts, the price tracker with price drop alerts, and reminders before a saved deal ends. We may improve, add or change Premium features over time. Alerts depend on deal data from third parties and on your device’s notification settings, so we cannot guarantee that every deal or price change is detected or delivered.
Plans and prices. Premium is offered as a monthly plan (US$3.99 per month) and a yearly plan (US$24.99 per year). Prices in other countries may differ and may include taxes. The current price is always shown in the App before you buy. We do not currently offer a free trial. If we offer a free trial or introductory price in the future, its terms will be shown before you buy, and any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android) when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and canceling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel it through Apple or Google as described above.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. On iOS you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android through Google Play.
- Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the App or use a new device with the same Apple ID or Google account, use Restore Purchases in the App.
- Price changes: if we change the price of a plan, Apple or Google will notify you in advance as their rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Apple users. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies. These Terms are between you and Today Coupon List, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Amazon. The App shows deals for products sold on Amazon. The App and Today Coupon List are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
5. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Today Coupon List. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use our service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
6. Coupon Validity and Limitations
Important: Today Coupon List aggregates coupon information from various sources, but we:
- Do not guarantee that any coupon code will work or that any deal will be available
- Do not control coupon terms, expiration dates, or eligibility requirements
- Are not responsible for changes made by retailers to their promotions
- Cannot guarantee savings or specific discount amounts
Retailers have the sole authority to determine coupon validity, terms, conditions, and availability. Always review the retailer’s terms and conditions before making a purchase.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
When using Today Coupon List, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from our Platform
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam content
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of Today Coupon List or third parties
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Today Coupon List, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of all content (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Today Coupon List or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM
- You may store files automatically cached by your web browser
- You may print or download reasonable quantities for personal, non-commercial use
9. Third-Party Websites and Content
Today Coupon List contains links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
When you click on affiliate links or visit retailer websites, you will be subject to those third parties’ terms and conditions and privacy policies. We strongly advise you to read their terms and policies before making any purchases.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We make no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any coupons or deals will work as described.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TODAY COUPON LIST, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Today Coupon List and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or fraudulent and illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
